PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION [Oct. 13th, 2003|01:44 pm]
Undoubtedly, Should one ever wish to study the general cross section of the human genus he need look no further than his/her local transit system.
My car is presently barely operating and I do not want to risk further damage to the transmission, I therefore took it upon my self to seek other avenues of locomotion in to work today. Though I admit the ride on the 80 was entertaining it is not something I would like to become habitual and I now have have even greater appreciation for the freedom my car provides. I just hope It will not break the bank to perform the needed repairs. Any one heading back toward central San Rafael want to give me a lift today...?

Sadly, I'm one of those unfortunate souls that have to be a slave to the public transportation industry. You'd think after all this time it'd give me the kick in the butt about getting my license and a car -- Cyndi = Cheapskate/Test Phobic :)

Nahh your not a cheapskate..far from it. You just havn't really had the need or want for a car. Everything is really centrally located I mean for the most part. A car is just one more exspense/luxury. I mean.. I can function with out one it's just that it soooo convenient. Your NOT a cheapskate..I'm just spoiled..;p By the way doesn't James get off work close to the same time I do? Think I can hitch a ride home :/
Oh.. James??

Hrmph! Well I guess the real problem is that I don't like spending money on myself if it doesn't involve books or movies :) Though I admit that Jenn is slowly turning me into a clothes horse!

As for James, he ended up getting home before I did! The goof passed by my bus stop just before my bus dropped me off. I found him lounging watching tv when I walked through the door the brat :)

Who are you calling a brat? I am at work an hour and a half before you. So what's wrong with getting home 10 minutes earlier. :P

Besides you only work 6 hours a day and get all the internet you could want. *hummmppfff*
